Established in 1986, our beautiful waterfront community has 93 home sites including 8 waterfront lots. The centerpiece of the neighborhood is the marina where each home is assigned a twenty-five-foot boat slip. The marina includes a gazebo for socializing or fishing, and a convenient cleaning station to filet the prized catch of the day.  A small beach provides opportunities to play in the sand, enjoy the sun or launch kayaks.

Other exclusive amenities include a clubhouse for hosting special occasions or club gatherings. Immediately outside the clubhouse is a newly refinished pool with new fencing and plenty of lounge chairs. In addition, the neighborhood has a bulk contract for internet and cable services providing all residents with discounted services.
